The colon separates levels of the index entry. english tea 10 tea 10 tea;english tea Multiple entries are allowed. The semicolon separates entries. 68000 10 (entry under S) 68000[sixtyeight] "The entry is sorted as if it were "the text in brackets. The text in brackets can contain multiple entries separated by n semicolons. 68000 10 (entries under both Numerics and S) 68000[;sixtyeight] The semicolon immediately "following the left bracket causes a regular entry to appear as well as other entries. Morecu matrix GDivides the text column containing the marker into rows and columns of Jhypertext buttons. The commands for these buttons are specified in a text column on a reference page. -Syntax: matrix rows columns flowname Wrows columns specify how many rows and columns of buttons the text fi column will contain. Pflowname is the flow tag for the corresponding text column on the reference page. 0Example: matrix 2 3 MyComman HDivides the text column into two rows and three columns of buttons. The Ghypertext commands are on a reference page in a text column tagged IMyCommands . Each command is in a separate paragraph: the first three Iparagraphs are for row 1, and the second three paragraphs are for row 2. Morehy newlink =Identifies a destination for gotolink and openlink commands. Syntax: newlink linkname Tlinkname is a string that uniquely identifies the newlink. It is the target for mn enlink and olink commands that use the same linkname nextpage 0Displays the next page of the current document. Syntax: nextpage openlink BOpens a new document window and displays the page that contains a matching newlink. +Syntax: openlink filename:linkname Qfilename identifies the file that contains the matching newlink. If the file Gcontaining the newlink is already open, this command displays the page me 'without opening a new document window. Clinkname is the name of the corresponding opennew LOpens the specified file as an untitled document in a new document window. !Syntax: filename /filename identifies the file to be opened. openpage JOpens a new document window and displays a specific page in the document. 1Syntax: openpage filename pagenumber Xfilename identifies a file other than the current one. If the file is already open, k Fthis command displays the page without opening a new document window. :pagenumber is the page number of the page to display. Morebe popup CDisplays a pop-up menu whose items execute hypertext commands. The Hmenu items are specified in a text column on a reference page Syntax: popup flowname Rflowname is the name of the flow tag for the corresponding text column on the reference page. #Example: popup MyCommands MDisplays a pop-up menu. The items in the pop-up menu are specified in a text Gcolumn tagged MyCommands . Each item is specified by a separate Kparagraph.
